Teach from anywhere. Reach learners everywhere.
Teach at BrightGlobe — we welcome educators, practitioners, researchers, authors, and subject-matter experts from the Philippines and around the world who have knowledge, experience, and perspectives worth sharing.
Teach at BrightGlobe: bring what you know to a wider learning community.
We believe valuable knowledge can come from a university classroom, a research project, a creative practice, a profession, an organization, a community, or decades of lived and professional experience.
BrightGlobe is building an academy where credible knowledge meets engaging learning. We are interested in instructors who can help learners understand ideas, develop useful capabilities, and see the world from thoughtful new perspectives.
You do not need to be based in the Philippines to teach with us. Depending on the course, instructors and learners may participate from different countries and time zones.
We are interested in expertise with substance.
There is no single BrightGlobe instructor profile. Academic credentials can matter, but so can professional practice, research, authorship, creative work, leadership, community experience, and demonstrated mastery of a field.

A good BrightGlobe course begins with more than expertise.
Knowing a subject deeply matters. Teaching it well matters too. We look for proposals that can turn expertise into a clear, engaging, respectful, and useful learning experience.
We are especially interested in courses that help learners connect ideas with practice, encounter thoughtful perspectives, and leave with something they can understand, do, question, or apply more effectively.
- Credible expertise grounded in scholarship, professional practice, creative work, research, or substantial experience.
- A clear learner with a defined audience rather than a course intended vaguely for everyone.
- Meaningful learning outcomes that explain what participants should gain from the experience.
- Strong teaching potential with ideas that can be structured into an engaging learning journey.
- Originality and integrity with proper respect for copyright, attribution, evidence, and the work of others.
- Inclusive perspective appropriate for learners who may come from different cultures, contexts, professions, and countries.
- Professional collaboration and willingness to work with BrightGlobe on course design, production, delivery, and learner experience.
Your expertise remains important. So does clarity about intellectual property.
Expressing interest or submitting a proposal does not by itself transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to BrightGlobe. If we decide to develop a course together, matters such as course materials, recordings, licensing, usage rights, compensation, revenue arrangements, exclusivity, updates, and future reuse will be addressed in the appropriate written agreement.
Instructors must also have the right to use any third-party materials they include in a course. See our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
From an idea to a BrightGlobe learning experience.
You do not need to arrive with a fully produced course. Start by showing us the expertise, idea, learner, and learning opportunity.

What would you like to teach?
Send us enough information to understand both you and the learning experience you have in mind. An initial proposal can be concise. We can ask for more detail if there appears to be a potential fit.
- Your name, country or location, and time zone
- Your field, role, and area of expertise
- A short professional bio
- Your proposed course or learning topic
- Who you believe the course is for
- What you would like learners to gain
- Preferred format: on-demand, live online, in person, hybrid, or open to discussion
- Relevant teaching, speaking, professional, research, or creative experience
- LinkedIn, website, portfolio, publications, or other relevant links
- Your CV or résumé, if available
Before you propose.
Do I have to live in the Philippines?
No. BrightGlobe welcomes course proposals from qualified educators and experts around the world. Many formats can be delivered entirely online or on-demand. Location, time zone, and delivery logistics will be considered when developing a course.
Do I have to be a university professor or professional teacher?
No. Academic and teaching credentials can be relevant, but BrightGlobe also values substantial professional practice, research, authorship, creative work, leadership, and other forms of credible expertise. What matters is whether you have something worthwhile to teach and can help turn it into meaningful learning.
Do I need a finished course before contacting BrightGlobe?
No. A strong initial idea is enough to begin a conversation. If the proposal is a potential fit, we can discuss learning outcomes, structure, format, production, materials, and delivery.
Will I be paid to teach?
Commercial arrangements depend on the nature of the course and engagement. Compensation, fees, revenue arrangements, production responsibilities, and related terms will be discussed and documented before an approved course is produced or delivered.
Who owns the course?
There is no single answer for every collaboration. Pre-existing intellectual property remains subject to its existing ownership. For an approved course, ownership and licensing of newly created materials, recordings, distribution rights, reuse, and related matters will be defined in the applicable written agreement before production or delivery.
Can I propose a course that I already teach elsewhere?
Potentially, yes, provided you have the necessary rights to the material and the proposal does not conflict with obligations you have to another institution, publisher, employer, client, or rights holder. Any BrightGlobe-specific adaptation and licensing terms would be discussed before proceeding.
Can organizations propose an instructor or a course?
Yes. Universities, companies, professional organizations, publishers, cultural institutions, and other organizations may introduce potential instructors or discuss possible learning collaborations. The appropriate structure would be determined based on the proposed partnership.
Your knowledge may be ready to travel.
If you have expertise worth sharing and an idea for how others could learn from it, we would be glad to hear what you have in mind.
